Returns/Exchanges
Threadcount offers a 7 day return policy on defective merchandise only. All items sold on customer stores through the Threadcount website are customized and printed on demand and are therefore considered final sale. If the garment ordered is defective, Threadcount will replace that item with an exact reprint. Please email a picture of the defective item to info@threadcountshirts.com, subject "Defective Item." We will review and get back to you as soon as possible.
