Threadcount offers a 7 day return policy on defective merchandise only. All items sold on the Threadcount website or in stores are customized and printed on demand and are therefore considered final sale. There are no refunds on customized garments. If the garment ordered is defective, Threadcount will replace that item with an exact reprint. Please email a picture of the defective item to email@example.com, subject "Defective Item." We will review and get back to you as soon as possible.
